Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter — "Agreement") governs the relationship between "Hasana Perfume" LLC (hereinafter — "Seller") and any individual placing an order through the website (hereinafter — "Buyer").

The Agreement is drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Electronic Commerce" (No. O'RQ-792, dated 29.09.2022).

Placing an order on the website or subscribing to a plan constitutes full acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller provides the following services:

  • Retail and online sale of perfumery products;
  • Subscription service — monthly delivery of perfumery product sets according to the selected plan;
  • Delivery service — order delivery within Uzbekistan.

3. Order Procedure

  1. The Buyer selects a product on the website (accordboutique.com) or Telegram Web App (@accordboutique_bot).
  2. Adds it to the cart and places the order.
  3. Specifies the delivery address.
  4. Selects a payment method and completes the payment.

4. Payment Terms

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Bank cards: Uzcard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard;
  • Payment systems: Payme, Click;
  • Cash on delivery.

For subscription services, the first payment is processed via Payme and the card token is securely stored. Subsequent monthly payments are charged automatically.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery time: 3–10 business days within Uzbekistan;
  • Delivery cost is calculated based on order amount and destination;
  • The Buyer can track order status via personal account or Telegram bot.

6. Product Quality Guarantee

All products comply with current standards of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Seller guarantees product quality.

8. Subscription Cancellation

The Buyer has the right to cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation can be done via personal account or Telegram bot. Upon cancellation, the card token is deleted and no further payments will be charged.

9. Personal Data Protection

The Buyer's personal data is protected in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data". For details: Privacy Policy.
